国际中文教育专业外籍博士生幸福感“四维互联”模型的建构

摘要：本研究利用扎根理论，探究国际中文教育专业外籍博士生的幸福感影响因素，运用Nvivo质性研究软件对结构化访谈数据进行三级编码，构建出幸福感影响因素的“四维互联”模型，“四维”指的是个人维度、家庭维度、院校维度、社会维度4个维度，它们之间彼此联结，互联互通。该模型以期为后续的量化研究提供理论框架，有助于找到外籍博士生的幸福感提升的有效路径，对国际学生的培养质量也是大有裨益的。

Title: The Construction of the "Four-Dimensional Interconnection" Model for the Well-being of International PhD Students in International Chinese Education

Abstract: This study employs grounded theory to explore the factors influencing the well-being of international doctoral students in the International Chinese Language Education major. Using the Nvivo qualitative research software, structured interview data underwent three-level coding, leading to the construction of a "four-dimensional interconnection" model of well-being influencing factors. The "four dimensions" refer to the personal, family, institutional, and societal dimensions, which are interconnected and interrelated. This model is expected to provide a theoretical framework for subsequent quantitative research, help identify effective pathways to enhance the well-being of international doctoral students, and significantly benefit the quality of international student cultivation.
