对标师范认证的汉语言文学专业第二课堂育人体系构建

摘要:在中国现有的高校第二课堂框架下,以师范专业认证标准为导向,基于汉语言文学专业实践,聚焦师范人才培养目标达成与专业建设质量提升,探索第二课堂在师范教育中的功能定位与实施路径。通过对现有第二课堂活动的精简优化、归类整合与对标设计,系统性构建符合专业培养特色、能科学对标培养目标与毕业要求的师范生第二课堂育人体系。该体系以“融通—覆盖—评价—特色”为改革方向,对标师范认证全体达成、多元评价、产出导向和本校特色理念,形成第二课堂的分层递进培养机制,并辅以观测指标点与完善的评价机制验证育人成效,最终服务于师范培养目标的高质量达成,为师范专业认证提供有力支撑。

Title: Construction of the Second - Classroom Talent Cultivation System for the Chinese Language and Literature Major, Aligned with Teacher Education Accreditation Standards
Abstract: Within the existing framework of the second classroom in Chinese colleges and universities, guided by the standards of Teacher Education Program Accreditation, and based on the practice of the Chinese Language and Literature major, this initiative focuses on the achievement of teacher talent cultivation goals and the improvement of program development quality, while exploring the functional positioning and implementation pathways of the second classroom in teacher education. By streamlining, optimizing, classifying, integrating, and conducting alignment - oriented design of existing second - classroom activities, a systematic second - classroom talent cultivation system for teacher education majors is constructed. This system conforms to the characteristics of professional training and can scientifically align with cultivation goals and graduation requirements. Taking "integration, coverage, evaluation, and characteristics" as its reform orientation, the system aligns with the concepts of Teacher Education Program Accreditation, including holistic achievement, diversified evaluation, outcome orientation, and school - specific characteristics. It further forms a hierarchical and progressive cultivation mechanism for the second classroom. Supplemented by observable indicators and a sound evaluation mechanism to verify the effectiveness of talent cultivation, the system ultimately serves the high-quality achievement of teacher cultivation goals and provides strong support for Teacher Education Program Accreditation.
