摘要:现任世界汉语教学学会常务理事、新加坡南洋理工大学国立教育学院吴英成教授作为国际中文教育研究领域的领军人物,先后出版了中文专著《汉语国际传播:新加坡视角》(商务印书馆,2007)和英文专著Teaching Chinese as an International Language: A Singapore Perspective《国际汉语教学:新加坡视角》,(剑桥大学出版社,2017年),其学术贡献与国际影响主要体现在汉语全球化传播理论的创新、多元语言教育模式的探索以及新加坡经验的分享三个方面对国际中文教育研究具有一定的参考价值。他的学术研究兼具理论深度与实践价值,既为新加坡语言政策提供智库支持,又通过多语互鉴的教学模式,推动国际中文教育从中华文明输出迈向世界文明互鉴,其思想对构建人类语言共同体具有深远意义。吴英成教授目前担任《中文教育与评价学刊》荣誉主编,本次访谈聚焦于吴英成教授在东西方之间的学思历程,旨在为国际中文教育的发展提供借鉴。

Title: Navigating Between East and West: The Development of International Chinese Language Education and East-West Cultural Exchange—An Interview with Professor Goh Yeng-Seng
Abstract: Professor Goh Yeng-Seng, an Executive Council Member of the International Society for Chinese Language Teaching and a faculty member at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, is a leading scholar in the field of International Chinese Language Education. He has authored seminal works such as the Chinese monograph Chinese Language Globalization: A Singapore Perspective (The Commercial Press, 2007) and the English monograph Teaching Chinese as an International Language: A Singapore Perspective (Cambridge University Press, 2017). His academic contributions and international influence are reflected in three key areas: innovations in the globalization of Chinese language dissemination, the exploration of multilingual education models, and the sharing of Singaporean experiences, all of which hold significant reference value for the field of International Chinese Language Education. His research combines theoretical depth with practical relevance, providing intellectual support for Singapore’s language policies while promoting a shift in International Chinese Language Education from the dissemination of Chinese civilization to global civilizational mutual learning through multilingual pedagogical approaches. His ideas carry profound implications for building a global linguistic community. Currently serving as the Honorary Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Chinese Language Education and Evaluation, Professor Goh Yeng-Seng shares intellectual journey between Eastern and Western contexts, offering insights to advance the development of International Chinese Language Education.
