Title: Research on the Strategies and Evaluation of Improving the Literacy of Chinese Language Teachers from an Interdisciplinary Perspective
Abstract: Against the backdrop of deepening curriculum teaching reform and promoting interdisciplinary comprehensive teaching, the improvement of Chinese language teachers' literacy is facing new requirements and challenges. The improvement of interdisciplinary competence of Chinese language teachers should focus on the overall educational concept, the ability to integrate knowledge between the subject and interdisciplinary fields, as well as core professional abilities such as collaborative cooperation, resource integration, and standardized evaluation. To achieve literacy improvement, teachers can follow four practical paths: "cross point, cross border, cross border, and cross integration". In addition, building an innovative evaluation system that emphasizes both effectiveness and development, involves multiple stakeholders, has multidimensional content, and spans time and space, integrating parallel and predictive evaluation, can provide a systematic guarantee for the sustainable development of interdisciplinary literacy of Chinese language teachers.
