摘要:在“一带一路”与数智时代的交融背景下,来华留学生所具备的中国故事叙事能 力承载着传播中国文化、增进沿线国家民众对中国了解的重要意义。研究表明,来华留 学生对中国文化的认知水平参差不齐,理解深度不足;他们在语言和文化理解上面临困 境,同时缺乏有效的跨文化交流平台,这些问题限制中国故事叙事能力的提升。鉴于此, 研究提出“融、传、认”三位一体方案,以中国故事为核心,融合多元文化,促进来华 留学生对中国文化的认同与情感共鸣;借助数智化手段和新媒体,实施精准传播,突破 其文化刻板印象与心理距离等壁垒,全面提升他们中国故事的叙事能力,助力中国文化 沿“一带一路”深入传播,构建跨文化交流生态,增强中国文化国际影响力。

Title: Constraints and Strategies for Enhancing International Students' Ability to Narrate Chine se Stories in the Era of Digital Intelligence

Abstract: In the context of the "Belt and Road Initiative" and the Era of Digital Intelligence, international students in China play a key role in spreading Chinese culture and fostering understanding among Belt and Road countries through their narrative ability to tell Chinese stories. However, challenges such as uneven cultural understanding, language barriers, and insufficient cross-cultural communication platforms hinder their effectiveness. This study proposes a three-part strategy: integration, dissemination, and recognition. Centered on Chinese stories, it integrates diverse cultures to foster identity and emotional resonance.By leveraging digital and intelligent means as well as new media for targeted dissemination. The goal is to enhance students’ narrative abilities regarding Chinese stories, promote Chinese culture globally, build a cross-cultural communication ecosystem, and strengthen its international influence.
